E-Commerce Coordinator

Off The Hook is looking for an E-Commerce Coordinator to work closely with the e-commerce manager, logistics, media content creatives and key team members in launching and onboarding products through our Shopify based retail e-platform, fucntioning with Lightspeed Retail.

This is a great opportunity for anyone who would like an e-commerce entry-level position in order to put their skillset to work in a higly creative environment while getting a chance at extending their horizons. 

The ideal candidate will be able to show work stability (minimum 3 years experience) and knowledge of streetwear and fashion.

This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

  • Coordinate with buying department, and marketing team to gather product information (item information, product photos, inventory etc.)

  • Execute online merchandising activities

    • Product descriptions

    • Price changes

    • Categorization

    • Translation editing

    • Homepage layout customization

    • SEO

  • Maintain product catalog

  • Monitor site appearance for accuracy (correct name descriptions, photos, merchandising)

  • Work with internal teams to mitigate any issues

  • Contribute in creating newsletters and elaborate email marketing strategies

  • Support front-end operations such as website’s platform, fraud management and return solutions

  • Support the customer service on FB and online@offthehook.ca

  • Identify and implement customer service best case practices

  • Responsible for evaluation of customer feedback and optimization of processes and systems. Continually improve customer experience and service level delivery

  • Support backend payment operations

  • Support logistics with PO entry and coordination through retail systems

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

  • Outstanding written & verbal skills in English (multi-lingual abilities considered an asset)

  • Adaptability, projects will grow and changes will be needed constantly

  • Past experience with billing issues, returns & data metrics is an asset

  • Past experience in data entry and data management

  • Proficient in working with Excel, Word, PowerPoint

  • Must be detail oriented, self-motivated and time efficient.

  • Strong analytical, organizational and planning skills
