CONVERSE X CARHARTT WIP ALL STAR '70S
Converse and Carhartt WIP have teamed up to collaborate on three military-inspired versions of the Chuck Taylor All Star '70s using ripstop nylon and solid canvas materials to aknowledge the workwear champs' 'WIP' DNA. The collab has three colourways, two of which featuring Carhartt WIP's famous tiger camo pattern and a clean off white colour.
The tiger camo colourway features a Ripstop Canvas upper with a subtle checkerboard pattern, silver eyelets, and a Carhartt WIP patch on the tongue, all of which resting on a glossy off white Chuck Taylor All Star Midsole. The white colourway features the same glossy midsole, but with an off white canvas upper, gold eyelets, and triple stitching along the lateral and medial sides of the shoe. Finally, both sneakers come with two sets of premium cotton woven laces.
It's not everyday we see Carhartt WIP collaborate on a sneaker, let alone an all time classic like the Chuck Taylor All Star. We'll be releasing the Converse x Carhartt WIP Chuck Taylor All Star '70s in the tiger camo and off white colourways this Thursday at 11AM, June 1rst at our Downtown store.
